There's a difference in 'why is this happening' and 'how can I bring it under control' mindset
If we take a situation that leads to you feeling very low and doubting in yourself. You ask yourself, why is this happening?
If not this same scenario but there can be many variations. They all lead to this one way or the other.
And so, instead of doubting yourself and letting yourself drown.
Mold it in to confidence.
Most of the times, most of the people. They let these small things bother them, weaver their minds and let themself sink in depression.
But this isn't neccessary to happen.
Instead of letting yourself drown in depression. You should shape it into confidence.
Instead of asking yourself why is this happening to you. Take it as, How can I bring it under my control.
This changes everything.
Neither do you not let those reason get to you. You also build yourself. You build more confidence and believe in yourself.
And after asking, you may find yourself in thought. Not the kind of thought where you doubt yourself. You will think beyond. You will think to yourself, what can you do to help the situation be on your side. Or make the current situation neutral without any harm.
That is what unlocks something inside you.
It's secrets a chemical in your brain, that boosts both your confidence and trains your mind to accept the change and be better.
Don't let yourself drown and despair. Shape it into strength.
